When I was 7 years old, my school teacher instructed me to go out and explore with a camera. As my class went out to explore with our iPads, I found several water drops sitting on a blue waterslide. I crouched down and positioned the water drops in frame. The moment I pressed the shutter was when I discovered my passion and my life’s purpose. I am now a student studying photography and filmmaking in college. The camera is my paintbrush of recording what I see and what I want to understand more profoundly. I use the still and moving image to capture fleeting moments. This website showcases my ongoing and completed works. I hope to use these mediums to explore the value of embracing the simplicity of each day, reflect the impermanence of life, and portray the diversity of nature and cultures from around the world.
